REDUCE HOMELESSNESS

I have led efforts to find new solutions to allow enforcement to deter aggressive panhandling and enforce anti-camping laws in lots and the American River Parkway.

I also led efforts for an innovative program to partner with PRIDE, to provide employment training, fill needed jobs and help those who want to help themselves.
